Why Choose Agency RGN Work in Norwich?
Agency nursing in Norwich offers something permanent positions rarely do — genuine control over your schedule and access to a much wider range of care settings. Many Registered Nurses in Norfolk use agency work to supplement employment at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, choosing shifts around existing NHS rotas without the commitment of a second permanent contract.
Others choose agency work as their primary employment — attracted by pay rates that significantly exceed NHS band equivalents, the variety of working across different care homes and settings, and the flexibility to take time off without negotiating leave.
