We offer Registered Nurses flexible agency shifts across a range of care settings in and around Ipswich — care homes, nursing homes and supported living services throughout Suffolk. You choose which shifts you accept and when you work. There is no fixed rota, no minimum commitment and no pressure to take shifts that do not suit your schedule.

Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
As a Registered Nurse with Advantage Angels, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical, person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings in Ipswich and Suffolk.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
- Carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring resident health
- Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and wider care teams
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
- Helping to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for service users
What We're Looking For
To apply for Registered Nurse roles with Advantage Angels you will need:
- Active NMC registration with no restrictions
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK nursing experience in a care home, nursing home or hospital setting. You can find more on national care standards via the Care Quality Commission
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
- The right to work in the UK
- Ability to travel to care settings across Ipswich and Suffolk — access to your own transport is helpful but not always essential
- No previous convictions
