Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
As a Registered Nurse with Advantage Angels, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical, person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings in Ipswich and Suffolk.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
- Carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring resident health
- Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and wider care teams
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
- Helping to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for service users
What We're Looking For

- Active NMC registration with no restrictions
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK nursing experience in a care home, nursing home or hospital setting. You can find more on national care standards via the Care Quality Commission

- Full Clean UK driving license or the ability to travel to our care providers’ location
