Your Responsibilities as an HCA

As a Healthcare Assistant with Advantage Angels, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care across a range of healthcare settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Supporting mobility, wellbeing and comfort
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Working alongside Registered Nurses and wider healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Helping to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for service users
What We're Looking For
To apply for Healthcare Assistant roles with Advantage Angels you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience in a care home, nursing home or hospital setting. You can find more on national care standards via the Care Quality Commission.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- The right to work in the UK
- Full Clean UK driving license or the ability to travel to our care providers location
- No previous convictions
